I totally recommend this. I had no idea how frequently negative thoughts were going through my mind during this process until I started using the guided imagery & affirmations. It has become a valuable tool to help me relax & stay in control.

As a counselor and ordinary person, I have used your imagery CDs to help clients through truma and myself through stress and anxiety. After listening to the Fertility CD nearly daily for a month, my husband and I conceived. We had been trying to conceive for a year and 8 months. This is a wonderful tool to use to find peace with the process of conception and all of its possible outcomes. Thank you so much for your soothing voice and all of the wisdom your products have to offer!

I am going to be beginning the process of invitro fertilization this summer. I listen to the affirmations each day and the first guided imagery tract as often as possible. They are beautiful and affirming. I feel more relaxed and confident about the procedure and about myself in general. I only wish the series was called "Fertility" instead of "Help for Infertility." Also, there is a line that says, "I love myself IN SPITE of my alleged imperfections." I replace it with "INCLUDING my alledged imperfections." I highly reccommend this series to anyone who wants to get preganant. It is lovely.
